Cards are printed on 310gsm black-core (German) or blue-core stock, available in a linen texture (standard), matte, or glossy finish, in poker (63x88mm) or bridge (58x88mm) sizes with 54 cards per deck (52 plus 2 jokers); custom counts of 40, 52, or 54 cards are available. Printing is full CMYK offset with Pantone color matching, and double-sided custom card faces are an option. The accompanying drawer box is built from 2mm rigid paperboard wrapped in 157gsm art paper, with finishing options including soft-touch lamination, foil stamping, and embossing. Interior packaging can include EVA foam cutouts or velvet lining, with secure nesting for two decks and an optional ribbon pull.
