Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ukrsana website or engaging our sourcing, consulting, and logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Ukrsana ("we," "us," "our") provides consulting, market research, supplier negotiation, and logistics coordination services connecting clients with manufacturers, primarily based in China, for the production of custom cards, dice, miniatures, art prints, and related printed materials. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our Services, Orders & Payment
Ukrsana acts as a consultant and intermediary, assisting clients with product definition, material selection, supplier negotiation, quality control guidance, and logistics coordination for custom-manufactured goods. We do not manufacture products ourselves; production is carried out by independent third-party manufacturers. Ukrsana is not responsible for defects, delays, or non-conformities caused solely by a manufacturer's actions, except where these result from our own negligence in the services we directly provide.
Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time and may be revised once production specifications, quantities, and shipping method are finalized. Payment terms, minimum order quantities, and production timelines are agreed in writing for each project before work begins. Final shipping costs and delivery methods are confirmed upon completion of production, as transport options (air, rail, or sea) are selected based on cost, timing, and reliability at that stage.
Cancellations, changes, and refund eligibility are subject to our separate Refund Policy.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ukrsana or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Any client-supplied designs, artwork, or specifications remain the property of the client, who warrants they have the right to use and share such materials with us and our manufacturing partners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ukrsana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
